1. Introduction & Agreement

Welcome to ACR Poker ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ACR Poker governing your use of our platform, services, and website. By accessing, registering, or playing on ACR Poker, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

ACR Poker operates under the highest standards of regulatory compliance. Our platform is licensed and regulated, ensuring fair play, secure transactions, and player protection. These Terms apply to all users, including players, affiliates, and visitors to our website and platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use ACR Poker.

2. User Eligibility & Account Terms

To use ACR Poker, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
• Have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online poker is prohibited by law
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from ACR Poker
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your username, password, or account information with anyone. ACR Poker will never ask for your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

Each person may maintain only one active account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds. We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time.

3. Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree to use ACR Poker only for legitimate, lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Collusion, chip dumping, or angle-shooting with other players
• Use of bots, automated software, or assistance devices
• Harassment, abuse, or disrespectful behavior toward other players or staff
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to ACR Poker systems or accounts
• Exploiting platform bugs or vulnerabilities
• Money laundering or use of ACR Poker to facilitate illegal activities
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Sharing account access with other individuals

ACR Poker employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity. Violations of these conduct standards may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds. ACR Poker reserves the right to take legal action against users engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

ACR Poker accepts deposits through multiple secure payment methods including credit cards, e-wallets, and cryptocurrency. All deposits are processed through secure, encrypted channels. Funds are segregated in compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring your money is always protected.

Deposit Policies: You represent that funds used for deposits are legally obtained and belong to you. We do not accept deposits funded through illegal means. Deposits are final once processed. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-48 business hours. ACR Poker may request verification documents to comply with regulatory requirements.

Withdrawal Restrictions: You may only withdraw funds that belong to you and that you have earned or deposited. Bonus funds may be subject to play-through requirements. Withdrawal amounts are limited only by your available balance. ACR Poker reserves the right to verify your identity before processing large withdrawals.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on ACR Poker, including software, graphics, logos, text, and interactive features, is protected intellectual property owned by or licensed to ACR Poker. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or modify any content without explicit written permission.

ACR Poker respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content violates your intellectual property rights, please contact us with documentation and we will investigate promptly.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACR POKER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ACR POKER DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

In no event shall ACR Poker, its owners, employees, or agents be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or use) arising from your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using ACR Poker.

ACR Poker's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account.

7. Termination & Account Closure

ACR Poker may terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or violate applicable laws. You may close your account at any time by submitting a request through our support team. Upon termination, your remaining balance will be returned to your specified withdrawal method within 7-14 business days.

Accounts closed due to violations will be reviewed before any funds are returned. ACR Poker reserves the right to withhold funds if fraudulent activity or illegal conduct is discovered.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

ACR Poker takes data privacy seriously. Your personal information is collected, used, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We employ industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.

We will never sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information with payment processors, regulatory authorities, and trusted service providers as necessary to operate our platform. Your information will not be shared without your consent except as required by law.

9. Responsible Gaming
